get_formation_requirements
FREE, no API key. Everything an AI agent needs before forming a company — BOTH tiers: the US$299 Wyoming LLC (intake fields, what is included, card + autonomous USDC payment) and the Nevis Agent Company (legal basis: charging-order asset protection + 0% tax on foreign income, the full Agent Charter document suite, KYC/beneficial-owner rules, pricing, accepted payment networks, the optional Wyoming USD subsidiary, annual renewal). Call after agent_company_diagnostic, before creating a request. Read-only — no payment, KYC, or filing is triggered.
recommend_structure
FREE, no API key. Recommend the optimal structure for an autonomous AI agent business: the US$299 Wyoming LLC (the fast, bank-friendly wedge — most agents start here), the Nevis LLC "Agent Company" (asset-protection fortress + 0% tax on non-Nevis income), or Nevis + a wholly-owned Wyoming USD subsidiary when the agent needs fiat rails (Stripe, US banking). Also flags a Delaware C-corp holding if the founder will raise equity. Advisory only, nothing stored — run agent_company_diagnostic first for the exposure score, then this for the structure, then create_standalone_company or create_formation_request to act.
create_formation_request
Submit a request to form an Agent Company — a Nevis LLC purpose-built to own an autonomous AI agent, contain its liability, and define and prove its authority. Collects the company name, the human principal(s) (owners/members), the agent spec (powers, wallets, spending and risk limits), and whether USD/fiat rails are needed (adds a wholly-owned Wyoming subsidiary). Returns a request_id, the USDC payment address, and next steps. IMPORTANT: this creates a REQUEST for human review only — it NEVER files or moves money automatically. The AI agent is an authorized delegate, NEVER a member or a legal person. Identity documents (passport, DOB, address) are collected only via the secure KYC flow after payment, never through this API.
create_standalone_company
Form a STANDALONE US LLC (Wyoming or Delaware) — a real, state-filed company with its own EIN and registered agent. TWO packages: "agent_company" (default) bundles the Agent Charter (mandate, wallet authority, spending/risk limits) governing your AI agent; "standard_llc" is a REGULAR Wyoming LLC with an OPEN purpose (any lawful activity) and a standard document pack (Operating Agreement, resolutions, membership ledger, tax memo) — no Agent Charter, no agent spec required. Same price, same rails. TWO ways to pay: by CARD (returns a Stripe checkout_url the human owner opens) OR in USDC on-chain (the agent can pay autonomously). Returns a request_id and both payment options. Creates a REQUEST only — filing happens AFTER payment is confirmed. When an AI agent is involved it is an authorized delegate, never a member or a legal person; there is always at least one human principal.
