Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Products & Subscriptions

  • Physical Products (Ecommerce): Orders are fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Shipping times, availability, and returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Digital Goods & SaaS Subscriptions: All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not guaranteed for digital goods or subscription periods already billed.

  • Licensing : Any resale, sublicensing, or white-label deployment requires a separate written agreement with Company.

 

Payment & Billing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processors, such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal) to process charges according to your plan or order.

  • We reserve the right to change prices with notice.

Returns & Refunds

  • Physical Products: Returns are handled per our Refund Policy. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Subscriptions & Digital Goods: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes;

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights;

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software without permission;

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our systems.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology provided by Company are owned by or licensed to Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
